By accessing and using Claw Built, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or purchase our products.

Product Description

Claw Built sells 16GB Mac Mini computers with Open Claw pre-installed and configured. Open Claw is open-source AI agent software. The hardware ships ready to use out of the box.

Pricing and Payment

The standard price for a Claw Built unit is $14,999. Promotional pricing may apply. All prices are listed in USD. Payment is processed securely through our third-party payment processor at the time of purchase.

API Costs

Operating Open Claw requires API keys for third-party AI services (e.g., language models, tool integrations). These API costs are separate from the purchase price of your Claw Built unit and are billed directly by the respective API providers. Claw Built is not responsible for any API usage fees you incur.

Warranty and Software Disclaimer

The Mac Mini hardware is covered by Apple's standard manufacturer warranty. Claw Built does not provide any additional hardware warranty beyond what Apple offers.

Open Claw is open-source software provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. Claw Built makes no guarantees regarding the performance, reliability, or suitability of Open Claw for any particular purpose. Software updates and maintenance are managed by the open-source community.

Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery. To initiate a return, contact us at legal@clawbuilt.com. The product must be returned in its original condition and packaging. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the buyer unless the product arrived damaged or defective.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Claw Built shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your purchase or use of our products, including but not limited to damages resulting from the use of Open Claw software, third-party API integrations, or any data loss.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, and logos, is the property of Claw Built and is protected by copyright laws. Open Claw is licensed separately under its own open-source license.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the website or purchase of products after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
